April 27/28 SPRING SWIM MEET:
Congratulations Sailfish Swim team, on your incredible performance at the Manila Spring Meet last weekend! Your hard work and dedication truly shone through as you took the pool by storm. Breaking school records, achieving countless personal bests and cheering passionately for your team mates. You demonstrated the unbeatable spirit that defines our swim program.
Each and everyone of you should be incredibly proud of what you accomplished. Your willingness to push your limits, support one another, and represent our school with such pride is truly inspiring. The energy and camaraderie you displayed throughout the meet was electric. The way you lifted each other up, celebrating each triumph and encouraged one another to reach new heights is a testament to the strength of our swim family. A huge thank you to the parents who came and cheered for us. Sailfish swimmers, you have made us the coaches all incredibly proud. Keep riding that wave of momentum.
New equipment installation: New equipment for the pool has been installed during semester one. You will notice new starting blocks with adjustable rear foot plate and protective covers, new competition lane ropes and new lane ropes with floats for everyday use. Our new competitive lane ropes will be used for time trials and meets only to keep them in better condition and prolong their lifespan. We hope all swimmers enjoy the new additions. With the new multifunction digital scoreboard installed at the beginning of the school year we have made a significant financial contribution to support our swimming program with this new equipment.
All Star weekend Results November 17 - 19, 2023
Congratulations to the swimmers of the Bearcat Swim team who were in Bangkok last November 17- 19 for the IASAS vs APAC vs SEASAC All Stars. Shoutout to Zayden Ramos who broke 3 school records for the 50m Free, 50m Fly and 100 Fly, Andres Albano who broke the 50m Breaststroke school record and all the swimmers who contributed to 61 personal best times! Keep training hard. Thank also to the parents for their support.
THANYAPURA SWIM CAMP (OCT 26 - NOV 02, 2023)
Swimmers from Squad 6 to Squad 9 went to Thanyapura Phuket to do a swim camp. They were able to experience to train at a 50m pool and learn new swim techniques from the Thanyapura Coaches. They also experience dryland training and circuit training.
