All Athletics and ES/MS Activities programs are suspended until further notice. We remain committed to a resumption of our programs (modified for COVID 19 protocols) subject to Philippine government and Department of Education approvals when allowed and when we fully resume face to face classes on campus.
A limited selection of activities are offered at this time to ensure additional screen time is not added to a long academic zoom day for students. At the end of students long zoom days it is important to get outside for some fresh air and to find time away from your screen. Try and do this for 30 min at least 3 times per week as it will help you cope with the mental challenges and extensive screen time during Distance Learning.
